- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 medium green peppers, chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. chili powder
- 3 lb. pork, beef or chicken, cut in cubes
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. ketchup
Directions

1Cook meat until it is tender enough to shred.

2In another pan, cook green pepper and onions in oil.

3Stir in chili powder and cook 1 minute.

4Add meat and remaining ingredients plus 1 cup of water and 1 cup ketchup.

5Simmer for 3 hours.

6Shred meat with 2 forks.
