- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 onion
- 1 qt. ketchup
- 3 to 5 lb. pork roast
Directions

1Cook pork roast in crock-pot until done.

2Take out of pot, cut up, pour broth from roast away.

3Mix mustard, celery seed, cloves, brown sugar, vinegar, onion and ketchup together in a saucepan. Simmer 20 minutes.

4Take cut up roast, put back in crock-pot. Pour sauce over meat.

5Cook 2 to 3 hours in crock-pot.
