- 5 lb. Boston butt roast
- onion
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) barbecue sauce
- 1 c. broth (from roast)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook roast in crock-pot overnight on low with an onion. Remove from crock-pot and save 1 cup of broth.

2After roast has cooled, shred and put back into crock-pot.

3Add brown sugar, barbecue sauce, broth and Worcestershire sauce.

4Mix well.

5Let simmer 2 hours in crock-pot.

6This makes wonderful barbecue sandwiches.
