  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 3/4 c. diced celery
  • 2 diced onions
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 bottle ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • chopped sliced meat

Directions

    Heat butter and fat.

    Brown celery and onions.

    Add brown sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper, ketchup, vinegar and dry mustard.

    Add chopped sliced meat and simmer several hours.

    You can double sauce, depending on amount of meat.
