- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. dried onion
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. crabmeat
- 1 pkg. wonton wrappers
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

1Place dried onion in small bowl and add just enough water to cover, and let set for 10 minutes.

2Add to cream cheese, sugar, and crabmeat.

3Spread egg around edges of wonton wrapper, then place 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in center, then seal edges by pinching together.

4Deep fry for a few seconds and drain on paper towels.
