Ingredients

  • 1 large can pork and beans
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 small bottle catsup
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Saute celery, onion, bell pepper and ground beef in Dutch oven.

    Drain.

    Add all other ingredients and bake in slow oven at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, covered.

    After it cools, skim the fat off the top.
