  • beef roast
  • 2 c. meat stock
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 c. ketchup
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cook roast in a little water in bottom of roaster until it falls apart.

    In a saucepan, combine ketchup, meat stock, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.

    Chop up meat and cook together for 2 hours on low flame.
