- 6 lb. Boston Butt pork roast or beef roast
- 4 bottles Heinz chili sauce
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Cook roast at least 8 hours in crock-pot on low heat until tender.

2Discard liquid, fat and bone.

3Shred meat; return to crock-pot and add sugar and chili sauce.

4Stir well.

5Reheat on low 2 to 3 hours, or until ready to serve.

6Makes approximately 24 sandwiches.
