  • 4 lb. chuck roast
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle catsup
  • 1/2 (12 oz.) bottle water
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

    Put meat in pan.

    Cover with all ingredients.

    Cover pan with lid and bake at 325° for 3 to 4 hours.
