  • 1 small bottle Carolina Treat barbecue sauce
  • 1 small bottle catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 to 5 lb. shoulder roast, cut in serving size pieces

    Mix first 5 ingredients.

    Pour over beef.

    Cook in crock-pot for 6 to 7 hours or in electric frying pan with cover for 2 to 3 hours.

    Beef should be very tender when done.

    You can pour off sauce and freeze to use again.

    Chicken, minute steak or pork chops can be used in place of beef.
