- 1 small bottle Carolina Treat barbecue sauce
- 1 small bottle catsup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 to 5 lb. shoulder roast, cut in serving size pieces
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients.

2Pour over beef.

3Cook in crock-pot for 6 to 7 hours or in electric frying pan with cover for 2 to 3 hours.

4Beef should be very tender when done.

5You can pour off sauce and freeze to use again.

6Chicken, minute steak or pork chops can be used in place of beef.
