- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Pour on top of roast and bake at 350° for 4 hours until meat falls apart.

3Remove bones and skin and place back in oven until sauce is almost absorbed.
