Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pour on top of roast and bake at 350° for 4 hours until meat falls apart.

    Remove bones and skin and place back in oven until sauce is almost absorbed.
