- 3 lb. chuck roast
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Trim fat from roast.

2Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

3Pour sauce over roast and cover.

4Bake at 325° for 3 hours. Remove meat.

5Shred with a fork and return to sauce.

6Mix and heat through.

7Serve on buns.
