  • 7 lb. beef roast
  • 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onions
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Bake beef slowly at 350° until done (use a small amount of water). Remove any fat and cut in bite size pieces.

    Add all other ingredients and cook about 1/2 hour, until all is well blended. Refrigerate or freeze in small portions.
