  • 6 lb. brisket
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. tenderizer salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoning
  • 1 bottle liquid smoke
  • 10 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Fold brisket in foil with all above and marinate 24 hours. Bake at 200° for 8 hours.

    Pour small bottle barbecue sauce over meat.

    Bake 15 more minutes.

    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
