- 8 to 15 lb. brisket
- 1 to 2 bottles Claude's barbecue marinade
Directions

1Trim as much fat off brisket as possible.

2Put in 2-inch deep pan.

3Pour 1 to 2 bottles of barbecue sauce over brisket.

4Cook at 275° for 6 to 8 hours.

5Turn once after 2 hours.

6Drain off most of the sauce.

7Cut in 3/8-inch strips and pour a little barbecue sauce over the brisket.

8Serve and enjoy!
