- 1 chicken, cut into serving size
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1 bottle catsup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- brown sugar
- smoked salt
Directions

1Cut chicken; salt and pepper and place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle paprika and cover with following sauce: catsup. Worcestershire and vinegar.

2Cover with foil; let stand, refrigerated, overnight.

3Place in slow oven (275° to 300°) for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until tender.

4Uncover; sprinkle with brown sugar and soy sauce (smoked salt).

5Cook uncovered 10 minutes more.
