  • 1 chicken, cut into serving size
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 bottle catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • brown sugar
  • smoked salt

Directions

    Cut chicken; salt and pepper and place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle paprika and cover with following sauce: catsup. Worcestershire and vinegar.

    Cover with foil; let stand, refrigerated, overnight.

    Place in slow oven (275° to 300°) for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until tender.

    Uncover; sprinkle with brown sugar and soy sauce (smoked salt).

    Cook uncovered 10 minutes more.
