  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. ginger

    Place chicken breasts in large casserole dish or deep bowl. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
