- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 tsp. instant onion
- dash of garlic powder
- 10 oz. pkg. refrigerated (canned) biscuits
- 2 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain off excess grease.

2Add barbecue sauce, instant onion and garlic powder; mix well.

3Flatten each biscuit and press into muffin tin.

4Spoon beef mixture into center of each biscuit cup, then top with grated cheese.

5Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
