- 1 lb. ground beef or leftover roast, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease muffin cups.

3Brown meat; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

4Separate biscuits.

5Place 1 biscuit in each muffin cup.

6Press firmly in bottom and up sides, forming 1/4-inch rim.

7Spoon meat mixture into each biscuit.

8Sprinkle top with cheese.

9Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

10Cool 1 minute.

11Remove from pan and serve.
