- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits
- 3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown the meat in a frying pan until crumbly.

2Drain the grease.

3Stir in the barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Grease a muffin pan with shortening.

4Press each biscuit into a cup in the muffin pan (you can stretch a 10 biscuit can to fill 12 muffin cups).

5Spoon the meat mixture into the biscuit cups and sprinkle with grated cheese.

6Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400°.
