Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 large can Hungry Jack biscuits (10)
  • 3/4 c. grated Longhorn cheese

Directions

    Heat oven according to directions on biscuit can.

    Brown meat and onion.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Drain thoroughly.

    Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar; simmer.

    Spray muffin tins lightly with Pam.

    Flatten biscuits between fingers until large enough to make a cup in the muffin tin.

    Stuff with meat; top with cheese. Bake at 400° until edges of biscuits are lightly browned.

    Remove immediately.
