- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 large can Hungry Jack biscuits (10)
- 3/4 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Directions

1Heat oven according to directions on biscuit can.

2Brown meat and onion.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Drain thoroughly.

5Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar; simmer.

6Spray muffin tins lightly with Pam.

7Flatten biscuits between fingers until large enough to make a cup in the muffin tin.

8Stuff with meat; top with cheese. Bake at 400° until edges of biscuits are lightly browned.

9Remove immediately.
