  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 onion or minced
  • 1 can biscuits (12)
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 green pepper (if desired)

Directions

    In large skillet, brown beef; drain.

    Add barbecue sauce and onion.

    Separate biscuits and roll flat with rolling pin.

    Place each biscuit in muffin pan cup.

    Spoon meat into biscuits; sprinkle each with cheese.

    Bake at 375° for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until biscuits are brown.

    Kids love these; they like to help with the rolling of the biscuits, too!
