- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 onion or minced
- 1 can biscuits (12)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 green pepper (if desired)
Directions

1In large skillet, brown beef; drain.

2Add barbecue sauce and onion.

3Separate biscuits and roll flat with rolling pin.

4Place each biscuit in muffin pan cup.

5Spoon meat into biscuits; sprinkle each with cheese.

6Bake at 375° for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until biscuits are brown.

7Kids love these; they like to help with the rolling of the biscuits, too!
