- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup thinly sliced or chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup apple juice
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apples or apricots
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Lightly oil a baking sheet .

3In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds and coconut.

4In a small skillet, bring apple juice to a simmer and reduce liquid by half.

5Stir in salt and honey.

6Pour liquid over oat mixture and toss to coat.

7Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown stirring occasionally.

8As granola cools stir in dried fruit.

9Serve with milk, yogurt or over fruit
