- 1 jar Kraft barbecue sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Place meat in casserole dish. Cover with water.

2Add vinegar, pepper, salt and lemon pepper. Cook 4 hours at 350°.

3Make sure meat is very tender.

4Drain. Add barbecue sauce.

5Good over rice or as a sandwich.
