  • 2 lb. deer meat
  • 1 jar Kraft barbecue sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Place meat in casserole dish. Cover with water.

    Add vinegar, pepper, salt and lemon pepper. Cook 4 hours at 350°.

    Make sure meat is very tender.

    Drain. Add barbecue sauce.

    Good over rice or as a sandwich.
