  • 75 lb. lean ground beef
  • 9 lb. chopped onion
  • 3 1/2 gal. catsup
  • 3 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 28 tsp. French's mustard
  • 8 1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Brown meat in small quantities, pour into colander and rinse well under running water to remove excess grease.

    Using 3 large roasters, divide other ingredients evenly and add cooked meat. Simmer for several hours.

    Use 1/3 cup per serving.
