Barbecue Ham

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. wafer or thin sliced ham
  • 2 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 lb. bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Fry bacon in Dutch oven.

    Add onion and saute.

    Add remaining ingredients, except cornstarch.

    Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Add cornstarch to 1/2 cup water; add to mixture and boil 3 to 4 minutes.

    Serve over buns.
