- 3 to 4 lb. wafer or thin sliced ham
- 2 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 lb. bacon
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Fry bacon in Dutch oven.

2Add onion and saute.

3Add remaining ingredients, except cornstarch.

4Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

5Add cornstarch to 1/2 cup water; add to mixture and boil 3 to 4 minutes.

6Serve over buns.
