- 1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork roast
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce (any flavor)
Directions

1Place pork roast in crock-pot or slow cooker.

2Cover and cook on low approximately 8 hours until done.

3Pour out liquid.

4Allow roast to cool and remove all visible fat.

5Tear or cut roast into strips.

6Put back in crock-pot with the sauce and cook until hot.
