  • 3 to 5 lb. loin roast
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. broth (meat was cooked in)

Directions

    Cook roast until very tender.

    Chop meat.

    Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over meat in a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
