  • pork roast (I prefer Boston butt)
  • 1 bottle thick and spicy barbecue sauce with honey

Directions

    Boil roast until very tender (approximately 3 to 4 hours). Add water to cover roast as it boils down.

    When roast is tender, let water boil almost out.
  3. 3
    Cool roast, tear it off the bone and remove fatty parts.
