  • 8 medium red potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 to 4 oz. butter

Directions

    Using extra duty aluminum foil, form platter type container. Alternate layers of sliced potatoes, onions, butter pats, salt, pepper and grated cheese.

    Wrap foil from end to end and close by crimping top together tightly.

    Place on a barbecue grill for 30 minutes along with other foods.
