- 3 to 4 lb. pkg. pork ribs
- salt
- pepper
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 bottle or more your favorite barbecue sauce
Directions

1Prepare ribs.

2Remove excess fat, wash and pat dry with paper towel.

3Place ribs in baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with chopped onions and chopped celery.

4Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.

5Bake slowly in 325° oven until tender (approximately 1 1/2 hours).

6Drain fat and pour 1/2 bottle or more barbecue sauce over ribs and return to oven for 1/2 hour, baste occasionally and remove from oven.
