- 2 1/2 lb. boneless country style pork ribs
- 1 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Broil ribs until brown and crisp on both sides, about 10 minutes.

2Place in roaster or 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Saute onion in butter in 2-quart pan.

4Add remaining ingredients and gently cook 15 minutes.

5Pour sauce over ribs in roaster.

6Cover and bake at 375°.

7After 45 minutes, turn ribs.

8Cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
