- 2 to 3 lb. ribs, cut in pieces
- 1 lemon
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Place ribs in shallow pan, meaty side up.

2Toothpick slice of unpeeled lemon and slice of onion on each rib; roast in hot 450° oven 30 minutes.

3Combine remaining ingredients; heat to boiling; pour over ribs; continue baking at about 350° until tender, about 1 hour.

4Baste ribs with sauce every 15 minutes.

5Serve with hot biscuits!
