- pork ribs (country style or boneless rib strips)
- 1 to 3 bottles barbecue sauce
- water
Directions

1Singe ribs on grill for 5 minutes on each side.

2Take off the grill.

3Arrange meat in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4(Use a small pan for a few ribs, or a larger one for company.) Cover the meat with the sauce.

5Add water to make sure the meat is covered with liquid. Place pan on the grill for 1 hour.

6Turn the ribs over after 30 minutes.

7The meat wil be so tender, you can cut it with a fork.
