  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients well and sprinkle lightly on meat to be grilled.

    Rub into meat and allow to sit at room temperature about 1 hour.
