- 1 whole Salmon Fillet (approximately 8 Ounce Size)
- 1/4 cups Barbecue Rub (I Used Arthur Bryant's)
- 1/4 cups Barbecue Sauce (I Used Stubb's)
Directions

1Preheat grill to medium heat.

2Rub salmon well with barbecue rub on both sides.

3Place salmon on the preheated grill and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side.

4Baste it with the barbecue sauce on each side as you cook.

5When done, remove it from the grill to a plate, cut in half and serve.
