Barbecue Salmon

  • 1 whole Salmon Fillet (approximately 8 Ounce Size)
  • 1/4 cups Barbecue Rub (I Used Arthur Bryant's)
  • 1/4 cups Barbecue Sauce (I Used Stubb's)

    Preheat grill to medium heat.

    Rub salmon well with barbecue rub on both sides.

    Place salmon on the preheated grill and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side.

    Baste it with the barbecue sauce on each side as you cook.

    When done, remove it from the grill to a plate, cut in half and serve.
