- 1 1/2 gal. catsup
- 6 lb. brown sugar
- 1/8 c. salt
- 2/3 lb. oleo
- pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. garlic juice
- 4 oz. can barbecue spice (French's)
Directions

1Melt sugar in 1 1/2 quarts of water; add salt, pepper, garlic juice and oleo.

2Let come to boil; add barbecue spice and catsup. Boil 15 minutes more.

3If too thick, add more water.

4Makes 2 gallons.
