- 1 lb sausage
- 8 slices cheese
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion
- 1 ounce sugar
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 14 ounces tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Grill sausages until browned and leave to cool a little.

2Place cheese slices on bacon rashers and roll around sausages, one per sausage.

3Secure with cocktail sticks and return to grill for approximately 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until bacon is cooked.

4To make sauce, heat oil in saucepan, add onions and saute until softened.

5Stir in the sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, parsley, and seasoning.

6Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

7Transfer to serving bowl and serve with sausages.
