  • 1 gal. shrimp, heads off
  • 1 stick butter
  • Tony's seasoning
  • drizzle olive oil
  • onion strips and bell pepper strips
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced

Directions

    Dehead and wash shrimp well.

    In a 9 x 13 pan, put in shrimp and the rest of ingredients.

    Cover with foil and bake at 400° for about 1 hour, until backs lift off the shrimp.

    Check every 15 minutes.

    Shrimp will make water.
  6. 6
    Eat with French bread.
