- 1 c. carrots
- 1 c. pickles
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 small can pimentos
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Grind cabbage and carrots in food processor.

2Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over cabbage and carrots.

3Mix well. Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
