- 2 boneless beef top loin or rib-eye steaks, cut 1-inch thick
- 1/2 c. prepared salsa
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. packaged brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
Directions

1In small bowl combine sauce ingredients and mix well.

2Reserve 1/2 cup to serve as sauce.

3Place beef steak on grid over ash-covered medium coals.

4Grill 12 to 16 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning once.

5Brush both sides of steaks; cut into slices and serve with reserved sauce.
