- 1 (12 to 14 lb.) turkey
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
Directions

1Prepare and cook the turkey as for roasted turkey up to the last hour of baking time.

2Mix the other ingredients together to make a barbecue sauce.

3During the last hour of roasting, baste the turkey frequently with the sauce, omitting the use of foil. Serves about 12 to 15.
