Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast
  • 1 pt. cider vinegar
  • 1 stick margarine (I have used 1/2 stick; okay)
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/4 to 1/2 bottle Texas Pete (small)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except turkey; bring to a boil.

    Add breast.

    Simmer for 2 to 3 hours, turning often, pulling turkey from bones with a fork as it cooks.

    Remove bones and serve.
