- 2 to 3 lb. venison roast
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 c. barbecue sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 bay leaves
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Trim meat; mix beer, onions, garlic, bay leaves, salt, pepper and 1 cup barbecue sauce.

2Pour over meat (sauce should cover meat).

3Marinate in refrigerator 12 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.

4Remove meat and onions from marinade and place in crock-pot.

5Pour 1 cup barbecue sauce over top; cover and cook on low 7 to 10 hours.
