Ingredients
- 2 lb. chopped deer steak, all fat removed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. barbecue spice
- dash of Tabasco
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Put all ingredients in a 4-quart pressure cooker.

2Cook on 10 pounds pressure for 45 minutes.

3Drain meat and place in baking dish.

4Separate meat with fork.

5Mix approximately 18 ounces of your favorite barbecue sauce.

6Add enough sauce to the meat mixture until it is slightly soupy.

7Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.

8Serve on sandwiches or as a casserole.
