Barbecued Baby Ribs

- 4 to 4 1/2 lb. pork ribs
- 1 c. water
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pickling spices
- 1 clove garlic
- 2/3 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. grape jelly
Directions

1Place ribs in large Dutch oven.

2Combine water, vinegar, sugar, salt, spices and garlic; pour over ribs.

3Cover tightly. Cook slow for 1 1/4 hours.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Combine catsup, jelly and 1/2 cup marinade in small saucepan and cook slowly for 10 minutes.

6Place ribs on grill; brush with glaze. Broil each side until brown and heated through.

7Serves 6.
