Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle prepared chili sauce
  • 1/4 large size bottle Brooks hot catsup
  • 1/4 c. pickle relish

Directions

    Saute chopped onion in small amount of cooking oil.

    Drain. Brown meat.

    Add other ingredients and simmer at least 1 hour. Makes 8 to 10 servings.

    Serve spooned over toasted buns.
