Barbecued Beef Satay

Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 12 onion, minced
- 12 cup chicken stock
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 12 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions

1Combine everything but the beef in a large bowl.

2Stir well.

3Add the beef, cover and marinade for 2 hours or divide into freezer bags, label and freeze for later.

4Thread meat onto small skewers.

5(Optional) Transfer to an oven dish.

6Broil for 6 minutes.

7Serve hot over rice or cous cous.
