  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • duck

Directions

    Combine first seven ingredients to make sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Cut duck into halves and barbecue, turning several times and basting generously with sauce until tender. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
