- 1 (3 or 4 lb.) fish
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 c. tomato catsup
- 1 Tbsp. fat or bacon grease
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Place fish in greased shallow pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2Lightly brown onions in fat.

3Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes, then pour over fish.

4Bake in hot oven (425°) for 35 to 40 minutes.

5Baste fish with sauce while cooking. Serves 6.
